My Approach

You don’t have to walk this path alone.

Together, we listen to your body, explore the echoes of the past, and honor the quiet knowing you already carry.

Is This for You?

Many who find their way to this work are living with the aftereffects of trauma or chronic stress—felt as chronic tension, emotional numbness, buzzing anxiety, or simmering anger and unease.

I’m a good fit for people who:

  • Feel like they’re constantly holding it together—just barely

  • Carry long-standing patterns of tension, shutdown, or overwhelm they can’t seem to shake

  • Offer care and steadiness to others, but rarely feel deeply supported themselves

  • Sense that the impact of trauma goes beyond their lifetime—woven through ancestry, culture, or land

  • Wonder which of their boundaries are truly protective—and which might be keeping love at a distance

  • Have touched moments of insight or awakening, but struggle to stay grounded in daily life

  • Know there’s something meaningful inside their pain—and feel ready to meet it

What Happens in Session

Sessions are attuned and spacious, shaped by clinical experience as well as insights from my own healing journey and spiritual inquiry.

We move at a pace your system can truly absorb. Together, we track the body’s signals and your inner guidance—supporting gentle shifts between activation and settling. As you learn to recognize and follow these rhythms, you’ll grow more present and capable of meeting life from a place of grounded choice.

This work lays the foundation for deeper self-trust, reconnection with your inner child, and greater capacity for intimacy, clarity, and vitality.

Sessions are intuitive and responsive, drawing from:

  • Somatic Experiencing® — for nervous system repair and reorganization

  • Dynamic Attachment Repatterning — for early-life bonding wounds

  • Inner Relationship Focusing — to meet parts of yourself with empathy

  • Nonviolent Communication — to improve connection and empathy with self and others

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine — to harmonize the physical and energetic body

  • Mindfulness and non-dual inquiry — remembering your inherent wholeness beyond appearances

For in-person sessions, bodywork may include craniosacral unwinding, somatic touch work, and/or acupuncture.

Working Together

  • 50-minute sessions via Zoom (or in-person in Louisville, KY)

  • Our work unfolds at a pace shaped by your unique process. Some begin with consistent weekly sessions; others space them out over time. We’ll find a rhythm that allows the work to deepen without overwhelm.

  • Some clients work with me for a focused period and feel complete, others engage in longer-term work, and some return as needed—when life opens the door to a new layer of growth or integration.

I keep my practice small so each client receives steady, focused support. When my roster is full, I maintain a waitlist. If that happens, I’ll share trusted referrals so you’re supported in the meantime.

What you might notice

  • Reduction or resolution of trauma, chronic pain, and tension

  • More ease and embodiment

  • Improved emotional regulation and resilience

  • Clearer boundaries and capacity for intimacy

  • Renewed sense of power, agency, and choice
