My Approach

Together, we can listen deeply to your body, trace the threads of your lineage, and attune to the quiet wisdom already within you.

Is this for you?

My work often resonates with people who are struggling with the aftershocks of trauma or protracted stress — often experienced as chronic tension, emotional numbness, or symptoms like insomnia, anxiety, or feeling constantly on edge.

People who:

  • Feel like they’re always holding it together — but just barely

  • Carry chronic tension that never fully lets go

  • Long for deep connection but have a hard time trusting

  • Hold space for others — clients, loved ones, communities — but rarely feel truly held themselves

  • Have glimpsed awakening but struggle to live it within their relationships

  • Recognize that their boundaries hold both wisdom and walls — and long to discern the difference

  • Know there is something sacred inside the pain and are ready to meet it with courage

What Happens in Session

Our work together is spacious yet attuned, rooted in relationship and guided by experience, rigorous training, and embodied wisdom.

We move at the pace of trust, listening deeply to the body’s impulses and the heart’s quiet directives. You’ll learn to support gentle shifts between activation and settling, allowing your system to move toward greater balance and resilience. As you grow more attuned to your body’s signals, you’ll begin to navigate the natural ebb and flow of intensity with greater presence and trust. This steady attunement creates the foundation to meet your inner child with curiosity and compassion, and to access the grounded presence and inner and outer resources you need to respond confidently to life’s challenges. This work gently restores your vitality and capacity for joy, deep connection, and a felt sense of aliveness.

I bring over two decades of experience to this work, rooted in my own long path of healing and spiritual inquiry.

The work unfolds organically, guided by what the moment calls for. We draw on what’s most supportive, weaving in a range of modalities as they naturally emerge through our listening.

  • Somatic Experiencing® for nervous system repair

  • Dynamic Attachment Repatterning for relational safety

  • Inner Relationship Focusing to cultivate deeper self-relationship

  • Nonviolent Communication to soften language with self and others

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine to organize and support the physical and energetic body

  • Mindfulness and embodiment guidance

  • Non-dual exploration that honors the truth of your inherent wholeness beyond appearances

  • For In-Person sessions, bodywork may include: craniosacral unwinding, somatic touch work, and/or acupuncture

Working Together

  • 50-minute sessions via Zoom (in-person in Louisville, KY available by request)

  • Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, often for an initial period of 3–6 months

  • The rhythm and duration of our work is shaped by your unique needs—some find what they need in a handful of focused sessions, while others choose ongoing support

  • This early work often becomes the foundation for a lasting relationship—many clients return when new seasons of life ask for deeper integration

  • Given the deeply relational nature of this work, I intentionally limit my availability to preserve focused presence and consistent support for those I’m currently working with, so I can be fully present for each person’s journey homeward. When my roster is full, I maintain a waitlist and open spots in the order requests are received.
